2011 Raffle Terms & Conditions

1st Prize: QantasLink return flights for two people terms and conditions: Date of Expiry: 30 June 2012. Please allow 7 working days notice prior to travel date for booking to be made. Valid for QantasLink Qld services operated by Sunstate Airlines Pty Ltd (flight range QF2300-2599) and Eastern Australia Airlines Pty Ltd ABN 77 001 599 024 (flight range QF2001-2299, 1401-1499) only. As a prize winner or guest, you will be travelling on a ‘conditionally guaranteed’ basis and therefore in the event of an aircraft downgrade or unserviceability all full paying passengers will board the aircraft prior to ‘conditionally guaranteed’ tickets. If this occurs you will be transferred to the next available flight and QantasLink will not be responsible for any expense incurred. Valid for identified cities or product only. Passengers must be above 18 years of age (or must be accompanied by an adult). Passengers must travel together and the certificate must be used in full in one booking. No changes permitted (changes will incur a fee). Travel is for off peak services only unless specified (flights requested are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the airline) and excludes operational blackout periods. This certificate is not refundable, non-transferable or redeemable in cash. Any funds remaining or unused sectors cannot be kept in credit and will be made void. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued. QantasLink will not be liable for any flight delays, schedule changes or cancellations. Travel Insurance is not included.

3rd Prize: 12 month membership to Health & Fitness World, Launceston. Value $884. Voucher valid until 30/04/2012.

Raffle drawn at 9.30 pm on 15th October, 2011 at The Albert Hall, Launceston.
Results will be published in The Examiner on Thursday 20th October. All winners will be notified by telephone and arrangements made for prize collection.
